Overview
Smart and Skilled is a NSW Government program that helps people get qualifications in in-demand skills and industries. It’s a key part of the NSW vocational education and training system. Smart and Skilled Program gives eligible students the following:
• An entitlement to government-subsidised training up to and including Certificate III.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for any of the funded places you must:
✓ Be an Australian citizen, a permanent Australian resident, a humanitarian visa holder or a New Zealand citizen.
✓ Be aged 15 years or older (unless otherwise stated).
✓ Live or work in New South Wales.
✓ (Use the skills compare search to find a course and check your eligibility).
✓ No longer be at school or equivalent (excluding home school students).
✓ Provide Envirotech Education with your USI at the time of enrolment.
