Join Our Mission to Start Marine Habitat Conservation and Restoration Accreditation in your territory to Protect and Restore the Marine Ecosystem

This course will include subjects like:

  • Coral Restoration making new reefs from coral nurseries
  • Planting sea grass, growing sea cucumbers
  • Making oysters reef

​This initiative aims to offer sustainable blue economy and marine ecosystem management and provide lifelong skills for every island with over 40 students enrolled.

Program Features

  • Duration: Flexible schedules to meet the needs of the community.
  • Age: Open to all Torres Strait Islanders (youth, adults and elders) with no age restriction.
  • Locations: To be established in every island with over 40 students enrolled.
  • Certification: Accredited by Envirotech Education in partnership with Coralz.

  • Step 3: Share why you are passionate about marine conservation.
