Online Enrolment

Envirotech Enrolment Process

1.  ONLINE ENROLMENT – Enrol today!

Online enrolment through Envirotech collects essential enrolment details from the student and a summary of Envirotech’s most important policies and procedures.

Please make sure to complete ALL THE QUESTIONS in the form and submit all the required paperwork listed on the Online Enrolment document checklist, including evidence of English level. In the case where your English level evidence is not available, please arrange for a test and an interview with Envirotech Institute of Education.

The enrolment process differs between international and domestic students, and again different enrolment procedures exist for Australian funded or non funded students.

Following  the enrolment process, Envirotech enters into a training agreement with every student enrolling at Envirotech.

2.  English Test:

Any student from countries where English is not the native language will have to submit an English test. Envirotech accepts the IELTS test results or alternatively students can take Envirotech’s internal English test at no cost.

The English test can be downloaded here: DOWNLOAD ENGLISH TEST

3.  Letter of Offer (LoF):

Envirotech guarantees to send an LoF within 1 business day.

The offer letter is the course or program contract, binding to both Envirotech and the student. It is created once a student submits the enrolment form together with all supporting evidence as per the checklist on the on-line application form . The Letter of Offer contains a summary of policies and procedures relating to students’ enrolment.

The LoF is sent to prospective students together with an invoice. In order to formalise student enrolment, please return the signed LoF to Envirotech Email (enrolments@envirotech.edu.au).

4. Pay Fees

The Letter of Offer will state the amount payable before commencing study at Envirotech and the optional payment methods. At this stage the agreed tuition, service and Overseas Health Cover (OSHC) fees are paid. The transaction record should be provided to Envirotech via email (enrolments@envirotech.edu.au).

After induction, all additional course fees are charged periodically through a direct debit service.

5. Confirmation of Enrolment (COE)

The COE is an Australian government document issued by Envirotech, supporting student visa applications. You MUST have a valid and current COE in order to apply for a student visa. Student visas are not granted without a valid and current COE.

A copy of the COE  will be issued by Envirotech. The COE is essential for a student visa application with the Department of Immigration And Citizenship (DIBP).

Students from certain countries will first be required to lodge a Pre-Visa Assessment. If this is the case, the application for your Pre-Visa Assessment can be made with the COE or Envirotech’s signed letter of offer.

Education providers are required to report student’s academic and student visa status to the Departments of Education and Immigration through the Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS) system. The COE is issued through PRISMS to confirm that the student is enrolled at an approved course. You can be granted a student visa to cover the total of the proposed course package only if you provide COE’s for all courses.

6. Visa Application

*Note: All Envirotech courses requires a student visa for all non Australian students.

For more information regarding visa and immigration please visit: www.immi.gov.au

If you are applying outside Australia and your visa application will be assessed at Assessment Level 3, 4 or 5, you should provide the Letter of Offer at the time you lodge your application; and an electronic confirmation of enrolment (COE) certificate after you lodge your application if you are requested by the Australian overseas mission to do so.

This process allows a preliminary or pre-visa assessment to be made on your application to see if you are genuinely seeking to enter Australia for the purpose of study.

If you are applying outside Australia at Assessment Level 1 or 2, or in Australia at any Assessment Level, an electronic confirmation of enrolment (COE) certificate is required before you lodge your application and a copy is to be provided with your student visa application.

7. Arrange for your arrival

Once your student VISA is granted, notify Envirotech with the details of your travel arrangements at least two weeks prior to arrival.

Further Student Information can be found in the Envirotech Student Handbook 2016.

Envirotech staff are available during Australian business hours to answer any inquiry and assist with your enrolment. Business hours are: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
