My name is Shaked Shalev and I am an experienced Chef and qualified trainer and assessor specialised in the commercial cookery and hospitality management fields. I have over 9 years of international experiences including Australia, US, Italy, Israel and other countries.
All my life I was passionate with the culinary and food culture and I have dedicated myself to the hospitality industry for my entire professional life.
I have studied in the school of culinary art Cordon Blue in Florence, Italy and developed my career working in different countries, performing different chef and management positions.
